Overview
eAttendance tracks every employee's day, from check-in to check-out, across branches and departments. Each employee has their own shift, lunch break, weekly off, grace period and overtime rules, and the system works out present, late, half day, holiday and week-off status on its own.
Admins see the whole company on one dashboard: attendance rate, on-time rate, late arrivals and salary cost for any date range, plus daily trends and department breakdowns.
At month end the reports do the payroll work: a calendar view of each employee's month, hours worked, overtime pay and net salary, with one-click Excel export. It runs as a multi-company system, so each client signs in with their own company code.
